Chairman's speech at BIOA Conference 2005
Lord Newton spoke at the British and Irish Ombudsman Association Conference on 7th April 2005. Addressing the relationship between ombudsmen, tribunals and courts, and the proposed development of an Administrative Justice Council, Lord Newton outlined the Council's future role within the changing administrative justice world.
