Guide to Drafting Tribunal Rules
Published in November 2003, this document is the successor of the Model Rules of Procedure for Tribunals published in 1991. The Council intends this Guide to be a useful tool for the person who has to draft procedural rules for a newly formed Tribunal, or to up-date the old rules of an existing Tribunal.
